It is very common to see people attacking to the wild animals. These wild animals are also very threatening to the lives of human beings. Much news we heard about the deaths of people by the attack of wild animals. In the video too, an African lion has killed a worker on Wednesday at a wildlife sanctuary called Cat Heaven in Dunlap, California. A 24 year old Dianna Hanson of Seattle died after the attack of a lion which is 350-pound (160 Kilogram). The lion is named as Cous. Cous has escaped from a smaller pen and attacked Hanson. She was cleaning its main enclosure, according to CNN.
It is reported that Hanson died quickly of a broken neck and the lion was imposed to other injuries after death. The lion was also killed in an effort to stop the attack but it was too late according to the new reports. Craig Packer, a 2012 National Geographic Waitt grantee and ecologist at the University of Minnesot and conservation scientist Luke Dollar, grant-program director of the National Geographic Society’s Big Cats Initiative has said that the big cat’s experts are asked to weigh in on the tragedy. It is known that the lion is a predator and it is a big and powerful animal. It can attack and devour any one. Thus Hanson has died due to the attack of lion. Additionally, the lions are like the predators which cannot be made tame.
In this case, the lion which escaped from his own place has killed the woman. The woman was cleaning the main enclosure but she was attacked in the meantime. The sad part of the story is that the lion is also died. It is not kept in plan that the lion wants to kill that woman but he thought that it may be threat. So the lion has killed the woman, breaking the neck. Thus one can infer that the lions are very dangerous animals whose actions cannot be predicted. The nature is shelter for animals as well as for the human beings. But both of these do not like intervention of each other. Thus it’s ill fate of the woman and lion to confront death. So far, the idea of domesticating big cats, is an ill advised. It is better that the animals live in their own nature or own shelter.
